The burning of Sage is a traditional Native American practise. Used for clearing and protecting against stagnant or negative energies and creating a sacred space. When burned sage releases negative ions into air which have been linked to invoking a more positive mood. These 8.5" bundles of Californian White Sage are hand-crafted, tightly packed and have been sustainably harvested allowing the plant to grow back.
